Marketing Analytics Supervisor, Disney +

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Marketing Analytics aims to manage all Marketing Analytics for Streaming Services. This includes a holistic approach, including awareness and acquisition paid campaigns, Social Media, Social Listening and Lifecycle campaigns, in order to provide insights and strategies for growth and retention purposes. The right person for this role is a self-starter, intellectually curious and agile.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality insights to help in decision making, and develop strategies for business growth and customer retention. Identify opportunities of audience/business growth, as well as efficiencies.
  • Track and measure all Marketing efforts to serve the main purposes of guiding the campaign planning as well as understanding the impact in the business.
  • Manage and design analytical reports and dashboards for different stakeholders in the company.
  • Build own benchmarks for KPI's monitoring, expectations alignments and results analysis.
  • Detect risks and flaws to drive solutions, and leverage opportunities to grow.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Preferred Industries: Streaming services, Digital products, Entertainment.
  • Experience in Projects coordination with multiple stakeholders, designing digital marketing strategies, Digital paid media campaigns, Experience within LATAM markets.
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience building reports, dashboards and presentations that drive business decisions. Digital mindset, Critical thinking skills, Flexibility and adaptability to new challenging environment.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Social Media platforms, BI tools (tableau, Power BI or similar), Advanced Office package (excel, power point), SQL (or other: R/Python).
