Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? You will start in our 6-Week Academy Program and become a part in our big VMware family by getting to know our EPIC2 Values, join unique leadership sessions, identify yourself with our vision and start building your professional network with your peers. Afterwards you will transfer into your role as a Graduate Client Solution Executive role-based training. Enjoying a mixture of high-class technical product trainings and hands-on experiences being connected to your team and communities constantly. The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? As a Graduate Client Solution Executive in Professional Services, you are responsible for owning the sales process of professional Services solutions across the franchises Consulting, Technical Account Management, Success 360, Tanzu Business and Learning. You will develop new opportunities for VMware to ensure the consumption of our technology to drive customer outcome. You will discuss together with the Client Solution Architect the Statement of Works with the customer on the realization of their demand. You will lead the negotiations for the services business. You will manage a strong collaboration with Delivery to drive “sell what we can deliver, deliver what we sell”. You will start with small engagements together with an experiences onboarding buddy, continuing to take ownership for larger customer situations. We are supporting this development with various trainings, communities and direct mentorship to bring you on-track. As activities, you will be: · Implementing VMware’s value-based solutions · Mapping of business requirements to technical solutions · Delivering the commercial solution · Driving consumption of our technology at the customer. · Following up and learn new technologies, innovation, trends etc. · Supporting your team with knowledge, hands on support and creative ideas · Act ethically always Would be helpful if you had contact with one or more of the following areas: · Flexible mindset to find sell opportunities · Bring and develop strategic thinking · Interest in leading negotiations · Great organizational skills · Strong communication and moderation skills with internal and external stakeholders · Be able to work develop challenger and coaching mindset to drive the business with internal and external stakeholders · Acting in an analytic way · Speaking and writing English & German fluently What is the leadership like for this role?
