This is a great opportunity for an intern to gain corporate experience in a team that supports the Global Talent Acquisition team which is currently comprised of over 450 people. Our team’s focus is on delivering strategic priorities in the core areas of Project Management, Communications, Enablement and Tech. This role will support our enablement strategy and will work on a project to modernize our content and ensure it’s accessible for the user in the right location and at the right time. Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? In the first 90 days, you will have reviewed all content across the knowledge base available to the global talent acquisition team. At the end of the internship, you will have all relevant content set up for a good user experience and created a structured governance program to ensure its longevity. What are the requirements? Student currently enrolled in college Advanced English Be able to commit, full time to the 12-week program, beginning in May 2022. The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? As we in currently in process of transitioning to a new Learning Management Systems and WIKI pages, there is a complete rehaul of how our team accesses material relevant to them. We have over 450 people in the global team in various positions, so this results in a lot of training material. This transition is leading to a great opportunity to ensure the material that the team is accessing is what’s needed for them to excel in their roles. There is great exposure to content surrounding recruiting processes, data, scheduling, sourcing, management and more. This role will involve working across a variety of platforms, inclusive of SharePoint, Confluence, EdCast, Hive and Easygenerator, as well as other office-based tools. What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like? This role will be closely aligned to the Manager who is responsible for Training & Enablement for the Global Talent Acquisition team, and there will also be a trainer to help guide the content structure. Where is this role located? Fixed: this role is based out of VMware’s Costa Rican office and is open to candidates in the surrounding area.
