New Graduate - Customer Success System Management, Data Analytics / Technical Writing (May 2022) - Opportunity for Working Remotely

As part of the Customer Success Operations team, you will be front and center helping to transform VMware to a SaaS based consumption model. Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? You will work with team members across the Customer Success Operations group and also directly with our business subject matter experts. We want to make sure that our core operational platforms are supporting our mission of driving value to our customers and driving efficiency for our employees. 30 Days: you will have a broad understanding of VMware and our products and organization. You will have a basic understanding of our core Customer Success strategy and systems. 60 days: you will begin developing analytics and communications to support our mission. You will become familiar with our customer success systems. 90 days: you will be generating key operational reporting and insights along with communications that will be shared with executives and/or our Customer Success Managers. You will be able to provide some basic change management enablement to our employees. You will be very familiar with our core Customer Success systems and how we use them to generate value for our customers and efficiencies for our employees 180 days: you will be an integral part of the change management and enablement team, performing change management and technical enablement training. You will have a solid understanding of the wider platforms that support our customer success mission and how they interact. You will be an expert user of our core Customer Success platform. 360 days: you will be providing adoption metrics and trends, writing executive communications, maintaining our informational micro-site and providing training as needed on either change management or technical enablement topics. With strong knowledge across our Customer Success platforms and ability to provide expert training and analysis of best practices and drive efficiencies. The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? Reporting and analysis generation using Microsoft tools Writing internal change management and status communications Project management as needed to deliver the adoption and change management practices needed by the team Maintaining our internal micro-site Assist with meeting setup and logistics What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like? You will be reporting to David Read, Direct Customer Success Systems and Platforms. He has been with VMware for about a year and has a diverse team of direct and indirect reports that provide the platform used by our customer success team globally across all businesses. He believes in clear goals and expectations – then provide support to help the team do their job. Sometimes that means get out of the way ! The team is located all around the world with folks across the US, Costa Rica, India and Europe.
