Business Analyst

Do you have experience interacting with IT, Operations and Business teams to implement technical solution platforms that support service client management? Are you interested in developing your career in a regional operational services center? 

The Role 

•    Gather relevant service process and business information needed for implementation of global client service technical platforms.
•    Complete and deliver documentation needed by IT and Service Hub teams for global service technical platforms requirements.
•    Bring support to IT and Service Hub teams during testing phase previous to the implementation.
•    Deliver documentation regarding processes implementation to support service strategy for regional and global clients in the regional service hub located in Medellin.

The Requirements

•    Experience in information gathering and documentation of business process requirements. 
•    Experience in process flow documentation.
•    Experience in documentation and test execution for system implementation.
•    Knowledge of requirements documentation methodologies.
•    Basic knowledge of the Insurance industry, specially Health & Benefits.
•    Educational level: Professional in Engineering or Administration.
•    English language B2 (mandatory).
•    Portuguese (desirable).
•    Located in Medellin, Colombia.
