We are hiring for the 2021 WTW Philippines - Business Operations Internship Program. As a Business Operations Intern, you will be working with our HR and Human Capital Benefits (HCB) team closely. Be part of our virtual internship program this March!

The Role

Human Resources Team

  • Process, check and approve benefit claims of colleagues
  • Collect new hire requirements
  • Assist with new hire orientation and HR engagement activities
  • Prepare HR advisory collaterals/communication materials

HCB Admin Team

  • Perform general administration tasks such as, planning and execution of associate engagement initiatives, process documentation, process improvements, creation and maintenance of TCTO sites and keeping

HCB Operational Excellence Team

  • Perform various tasks such as, creating presentation materials, updating Sharepoint site, drafting mailers, validating sets of data, taking minutes, making virtual presentations, facilitating events, attending meetings, learning new tools and processes, assisting in process documentation and process improvements, and other project based tasks

HCB Organizational Excellence Team

  • Support the team in several projects. Tasks include creating presentation materials and reports, updating Sharepoint site, drafting mailers, validating sets of data, taking minutes, making virtual presentations, supporting events and training sessions, attending meetings, learning new tools and processes, assisting in process documentation and process improvements, and other project based tasks

HCB Quality, Risk and Compliance Team

  • Perform various tasks: creating presentation materials and reports, updating Sharepoint site, drafting mailers, validating sets of data, taking minutes, making virtual presentations, facilitating events, attending meetings, learning new tools and processes, assisting in process documentation and process improvements, and other project based tasks

The Requirements

 

  • Pursuing graduation in business, communications, multimedia, or related field with excellent academic background
  • Willing to be part of the 3-6 months internship program
  • Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
  • Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
  • Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge
