The Role: Business Support Senior Assistant Health & Benefit


Il Broker nel settore assicurativo è un professionista il cui compito è quello di mediare tra le compagnie di assicurazioni e i propri clienti o stakeholder, e ha generalmente lo scopo di reperire sul mercato le soluzioni assicurative rispondenti alle esigenze di coloro che si affidano al suo servizio.

Willis Towers Watson è alla ricerca di un junior Account da inserire nel Health & Benefits di Milano. La risorsa intraprenderà un interessante cammino professionale all’interno della divisione Health & Benefits, area che si occupa della definizione e gestione dei piani di employee benefits, a supporto del welfare aziendale.  La figura intraprenderà un percorso professionale specifico sulla gestione e delivery di progetti H&B, supportando inizialmente il team nelle attività di consulenza quotidiane.

 

La risorsa inizialmnte supporterà gli Account Sr nelle seguenti attività:

 
  • Gestione e supporto dei clienti esistenti nel portafoglio assegnato;
  • Sviluppo nuove opportunità clienti esistenti;
  • Sviluppo prospect coordinato con responsabile;
  • Attività di interfaccia con il Network WTW per lo sviluppo di clienti/prospect sul territorio locale, con l’utilizzo di specifici tool e template
  • Training e presentazione dei piani benefit ai dipendenti delle aziende clienti (profili senior)
  • Piazzamento e remarketing programmi dei clienti esistenti
  • Piazzamento programmi dei prospect
  • Contatto con assicuratori
  • Supporto ad Account negli incontri con i clienti sulle tematiche h&b
 
Skills:
  • Laurea in economia, giurisprudenza o affine.
  • Esperienza pregressa ambito Broker assicurativo.
  • Interesse per tematiche Health&Benefits
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Minimo B2
  • Precisione, flessibilità, affidabilità, attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali, motivazione, determinazione e spirito d’iniziativa
