Global Infrastructure Leader

The Global Infrastructure leader will be accountable for leading, setting direction and developing the WTW Global Infrastructure Team Strategy. They will shape and deliver the growth strategy for new large and complex infrastructure wins and be responsible for leading the external market positioning of Willis Towers Watson Global Infrastructure
The Role 
  • Drive strategy to capture disproportionate growth in Global Infrastructure sector 
  • Responsible for generation of new Infrastructure sector income
  • Growth, development and management of sector pipeline and sales opportunities working closely with relevant teams 
  • Foster global collaboration on opportunities and implement supporting protocols 
  • Oversee sector global marketing efforts
  • Drive global value proposition and product development 
  • Promote sharing of best practice and product innovation 
  • Drive consistency in global delivery 
  • Oversee global talent allocation against opportunities 
  • Develop a coordinated approach to talent identification
  • Drive lifecycle connectivity 
  • Be an ambassador for WTW Infrastructure 

The Requirements

  • Preferably educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent) 
  • Preferably with professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or similar country equivalent, or relevant industry experience
  • Deep understanding of the infrastructure sector, with proven reputation and track record of engagement with significant players in the sector 
  • Excellent leadership skills 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
  • Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
  • Strong facilitation skills "EUR" able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
  • High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
