The Role
This position will be accountable for representing Korea Practice Team in Vietnam, in order to promote Willis Towers Watson to the Korean community and developing business with Korean corporations.

 

  • Mobilize all resources necessary to implement the sales plan and achieve the target determined by Willis Korea and locally by GSW Vietnam
  • Conduct periodical sales analysis and propose solutions for improvement and development
  • Develop every year new business from Korean investments as well as manage 100% of renewals for both Willis Korea and locally for GSW Vietnam
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects within the Group and the Company
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company

 

 

The Requirements

• University degree
• Insurance certificates from CII or equivalent
• Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point
• At least ten years experience in sales with insurance company or service industry
• Excellent leadership, selling & consulting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Initiative and critical sense, high integrity
• In-depth knowledge of insurance concepts and processing
• Korea-native speaker
• Fluent in English
