Implementation Manager

Summary

We are interested in speaking with candidates that want to work as a Implementation Manager with an ops focus, in our organization.  Your primary accountabilities may be to analyze results, find opportunities for growth on projects or to work closely with Directors on an account and handle day to day activities.    You would have a great mix of project management, analytics and relationship building.  You will get support, but you will also be asked to make things happen, to think, ask questions, consider and make a difference.  At the end of the day, your goal is almost always to help us grow our business and to improve our processes, thinking and capabilities.  
 
A typical day in the life of an Implementation Manager at Tranzact/WTW:
  • Manages program initiatives and priorities
  • Works with analysts to solution, build requirements, and UAT
  • Responsible for the day to day management and operations of programs 
  • Responsible for ideas on program/account optimization and continuous improvement
  • Facilitator between clients, sales centers, programming teams,  to ensure full circle success on all projects
  • Provide training materials when needed for applications developed or being implemented
  • Works directly and communicates effectively with the business owners, other teams and clients

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly

  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and take initiative
  • The desire to take ownership and responsibility of issues and handle effectively through resolution
  • Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change

  • If you have work experience, ideally you will have 2-3 years of marketing, project management or analytics
