IT Helpdesk / Software Administration Support

Fantastic opportunity to join our Retirement line of business as a Software Administration Support.
Under the general supervision of the RSG Support manager and within a small support team, your duties will include providing administrative support for operations in our software development team and once suitably experienced handle application support cases for software applications and infrastructure.
The Role
Administrative aspects are broad ranging part technical, part organisational. 
  • On the technical side examples include, general support for our software business and systems operations, monitoring and managing daily system checks and reports, maintaining Windows user accounts, email lists, granting / managing security access etc.
  • Organisational examples include, booking and managing loan equipment, producing financial reports, managing job codes, the internal management for our starters and leaver process, checking project information within our quality process etc.
Application support includes more detailed call and problem handling and once trained, using "EURoeexperience based"EUR analysis, research and problem identification / resolution or escalation to other technical teams for resolution.

The Requirements
You will fit our profile well if you meet the following requirements:
  • Have experience with MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint, confident in creating and manipulating data effectively within these formats 
  • You are well organised, structured and enjoy diversity 
  • A logical thinker and problem solver
  • Comfortable working as a team member and equally when and if necessary individually. 
  • Naturally have a Client Service focus
  • Have good oral and written communication skills and a desire to share
