Lead Associate -Willis Re Risk & Quality Management

The Role

Willis Re Risk & Quality Management (RQM) is a central function within Willis Re Global Operations providing First Line of Defence support to all Willis Re Business Units (including International Network offices) to ensure that they understand and follow processes and procedures to deliver the requirements of both Regulatory and WTW Policies and protocols (including CEM, Sanctions, Self-Assessment File Reviews, Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy and Business Continuity). 
Willis Re RQM works closely with our Business Operations, Group Compliance, Group Risk and Group Internal Audit to promote Best Practice and Excellence in all the services that we deliver to our clients, and to help protect, clients, Willis Re and Willis Re colleagues from exposure to any operational or regulatory failures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand and communicate Excellence and Risk Management across Willis Re.
  • Support the development and delivery of Guidance Materials and Training related to WTW Excellence and Risk Management requirements.
  • Liaise with Business Unit operations to support the adherence to Excellence and Risk Management requirements across Willis Re
  • Provide support to questions and issues requiring communication on Excellence and Risk Management
