Pega Developer

As a Pega System Architect, you’ll be responsible for implementing technical solutions on the Pega CRM application. You will work closely with Business Analysts and other engineers to design and implement a maintainable and scalable solution. You will be building mission critical applications for the business that will be consumed by thousands of users. This role has the potential to make a high impact on the business and would be well suited for those similarly inclined.

The Role

  • Design, develop and implement exceptional technical solutions 
  • Learn and utilize best practices for Pega development, QA, and security
  • Work in an agile environment that values frequent releases and fast feedback from stakeholders
  • Work with a team of peers to brainstorm and build high quality solutions
  • Actively participate in architectural design and build reusable components
  • Take initiative to ask for help or advice from mentors and tackle challenging assignments



  • Ability to develop and implement exceptional technical solutions
  • Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by the Technical Lead to ensure work is delivered on-time
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional technical requirements using Pega methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Pega PRPC; 2-5 years of experience using Pega software

Nice To Have:

  • Knowledge of industry standard agile project delivery frameworks such as Scrum
  • Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
  • Web services and database experience
  • Java experience
