Senior Associate - GB Claims

Principal Duties :

KPI Management

  • To ensure the productivity targets/ work assigned are consistently achieved/completed well within the agreed timelines and contribute voluntarily towards the team targets on the basis of work requirementsTo update work tracking tool on real time basis
  •  To action all work as per SLA and KCO"EURTMs both for self and the team.
  •  Diaries to be actioned real time.
  •  U/w, Client, Broker queries to be actioned within 3 days of receipt
  •     Quality to be in line with the defined quality parameters.
  • To take complete ownership of any additional work undertaken in the team & ensure that the same has been successfully completed
  •     Develop self in order to resolve technical queries within the team & apply logical conclusion to technical discussions. Independently manage simple, medium and complex activities.
  • Should provide prompt response to any important/urgent requests, to be able to understand implications in case of non-performance/failure to deliver on time.
  •  To ensure any feedback (including breach/errors) found in the process is informed to the team Manager at that very instance.
  • To understand the Willis compliance procedures and regulations e.g. WEM, SOX etc. and be able to apply the same in day to day work.
  •     To be flexible and ensure business needs are met all times, and must to be open to assist the team and outside the team, when required.
  •  To display professional communication skills at all levels "EUR" verbal and written.
  •  Participate and attend any training programs or learning sessions as deemed necessary for enhancing job skills or nominated by manager
  • Ensure that all statutory and company procedures are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company.

 Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness :

  • Participate and contribute in team huddles.
  • Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change.
  • To ensure any feedback (including breach/errors) found in the process is informed to the team Manager instantly.


Relationship management :

Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external)
