Senior Paraplanner

 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner with high standards to join a close knit team who work together and support each other to deliver the advice and guidance that their clients have come to expect.

 

The Role

 

You will work closely with Senior Consultants to aid them in formulating their investment advice for individual clients and SIPP funds. Your key responsibilities will be provision of high quality technical support. Day to day duties will include fund and product research, writing bespoke and compliant suitability reports, preparing client portfolio review analysis, reviewing letters, overseeing the implementation of investments, cash flow modelling, attendance at client meetings and liaising with team Administrators to ensure general client administration is kept up to date.

We are able to offer a role to a more Senior Paraplanner with experience of managing Junior Paraplanners and administrators on a part time basis (21 to 25 hours per week) or a slightly less experienced Paraplanner on a full time basis.


 

The Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills, working to strict deadlines. At least 2 years"EURTM experience in a time-based fee charging environment would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision.
  • Strong core IT skills, experience with Intelliflo, FE Analytics and cash flow software advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly and outgoing nature.

To be considered for this role, you need to be qualified to at least Diploma Level 4 with a minimum of 2 years"EURTM experience as an investment Paraplanner. Strong experience is essential and you must have the ability to work efficiently and independently in a small team environment.
