Willis Towers Watson

Senior Pensions Data Specialist

Our data services span a range of clients with different UK pension administration systems and our solutions are either delivered within the team, across several areas of the Willis Towers Watson business or in partnership with specialist external suppliers.

As a fast growing team, we are recruiting experienced Defined Benefit pensions professionals to join us as Pensions Data Specialists to deliver various data projects to our clients, including data audits, data cleanse, GMP rectification and constructing pensions (including for GMP equalisation).

The Role

The candidate will be comfortable creating and working with bulk calculations and directing and reviewing work done by others. They will take responsibility for successful delivery of the work and be able to communicate technical issues in a clear way to a broad audience. It is expected that you will be highly numerate with good analytical skills and be very comfortable with using modern software and ideally have a keen interest in programming and developing technological solutions for the benefit of our clients.

In addition the candidate will have good organisation skills and demonstrate core project management behaviours to complement their technical expertise. Some experience in pension correction and rectification exercises is advantageous as well as more advanced data auditing and cleansing all elements of Pension data.

Please note that while the successful candidate can select any of our GB locations as their office base, all of our offices are currently closed with colleagues working from home. When our offices reopen, Willis Towers Watson will continue to offer flexible working opportunities, such as regular working from home and part-time working.
