TAS Quality & Operational Excellence Analyst

The role, Quality, Operational Excellence Analyst

  • Assist with initiatives of the Technology and Administration Solutions - Quality Standards, a global team responsible for ensuring processes and procedures meet the relevant professional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with Technology and Administration SolutionsManila activities in compliance with WTW/Technology and Administration Solutions’ internal quality framework (Excellence), and external standards (ISO9001 quality, and ISO27001 information security)  
    • Keep track and cascade  updates and reminders communicated by the Technology and Administration Solutionsand Human Capital Benefits Manila’s Excellence teams
    • Perform and assist in regular compliance preparations and reviews
    • Assists in records management and administration of tools such as TCTO
  • Support Operational Excellence improvement initiatives
    • Assist stakeholders in opportunity identification and business case development of projects to improve quality and efficiency
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure all project documents are maintained as part of records management 

Central Support

  • Actively engage with initiative leads, teams managers and segment business partners to identify and align programs within the organisation
  • Assist in other Technology and Administration Solutions Manila Central Support initiatives such as engagement, communication, information security, business continuity, learning & development and management information

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or other related areas
  • Basic understanding of Quality management systems, ISO standards, business continuity, and information management systems
  • Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma process methodologies (Operational Excellence)
  • Knowledge and experience in the following areas are preferred but not required:
    • Work experience with global teams
    • Programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
    • Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes
    • Experience with one or more automation technologies (e.g. RPA, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, macro VBA excel)
    • Excel macro and/or Power BI skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Macro, Visio, SharePoint/TCT, Jira
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
  • Willing to work flexibly during any of the following shifts:
    • Australia (6:00 to 15:00)
    • Asia-Pacific (8:00 to 17:00)
    • Europe (15:00 to 00:00)
