The Role
  • Assist in managing major / complex losses
  • Co/Secondary Relationship owner
  • Technical referral support and high value authority sign off
  • Audit function and governance support
  • Creates a technical claims career pathway for claim professionals within Claims Operations
  • Assisting managing supplier chain
  • Handling of large and complex losses
  • Review and development of processes
The Requirements
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Strong technical background in casualty claims, property and injury, large loss, subsidence and property losses
  • Leadership attributes – able to control the team direction and clearly prioritise colleague workflows when appropriate
  • Commercial awareness within markets (Insurance and Client sector)
  • Major Event co-ordination, organisation and problem solving
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate MI (internal and external)
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload against competing demands
  • Well organised and keen to learn and develop
