Corporate Support Consultant

Position: Corporate Support Consultant (1-year contract) Description: • Act as a primary contact for issuers on operational aspects for payment transactions (i.e. refunds/cancellation processing, chargebacks, fraud) • Provide frequent progress update to merchants and issuers • Translate requirements and work between Japan issues and internal teams • Attend meetings with issuers • Assist with checks on certain transactions with issuers • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with issuers • Support ad-hoc requests to investigate risky/fraudulent transactions • Assist Corporate Support Managers on customer support • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and follow up promptly to get issues worked on till resolution and avoid recurrence • Manage Third Party Processor relationship and assist related query Requirements: • Possess good communication skills in English & Japanese • Willing to do data admin tasks • Have a problem-solving, proactive and positive mindset with analytical thinking will be a definite advantage
