
Sr Production Support Analyst
Responsibilities: - Participate in Incident and Problem Resolution Processes (Globally and in
LATAM Region) - Understand Production Environment (Infrastructure, Database and Application)
- Maintain and Track Configuration, Setups and Versioning of Production Environment - Track
Production Service Level Agreements - Monitor Technical and Business Dashboards - Responsible for
requests and incident resolution from a technical perspective, working close to TSO and also IT
teams (Network, Telecom, Architecture, Develoment and Delivery. Qualifications: - Must have strong
analytical, verbal and written communication skills. - Must have experience in PostgreSQL
database architecture, logical and physical design, automation, documentation, installs, shell
scripting, PL/ SQL programming, catalog navigation, query tuning, system tuning, resource
contention analysis, backup and recovery, standby, replication, etc. - Must have strong
knowledge of Linux. - Strong understanding of command line and server administration. -
Knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl). - Understanding of PHP and web application
framework. - B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering or equivalent work
experience. - Technical certifications a plus. - High School Diploma required All the
