The Sales Operations Analyst works to ensure Worldpay is continuously improving our approach to sales and delivering products and services. They are laser-focused on keeping Worldpay competitive in a constantly evolving market. By using sales measurement models and other performance indicators, he/she analyses data to make recommendations in the way we design products, approach sales tactics, pricing structures and the overall sales process. By being critical in looking at our data from all angles, we can be proactive and anticipate changes we need to make in the business.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
•    Develops or uses partner sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs.
•    Recommends strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage.
•    Review end to end partner sales process in order to propose and implement a revised process to improve lead generation and related revenue.
•    Evaluates and recommends changes in sales incentive plans in line with analyses.
•    Helps develop and/or administers new training programs to fill competency gaps.
•    Reviews capital expenditures and analyses sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.
•    Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets.
•    Evaluates pricing structures to meet and achieve company objectives.
•    Draws on past experience and current data to influence business partners and improve partner sales process/portfolio performance and best practices.
•    Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
•    Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
•    Can demonstrate having interpreted a series of inter-related processes, patterns and data-points to solve business challenges 
•    Able to show and quantify how their analysis has led to a positive impact on a business results
•    Experience delivering results and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and engaging manner
•    Bachelor's degree
•    Strong MS Office experience, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
•    Able to look beyond numbers to convert data into insight
•    Ability to interpret complex business requirements, translate into analytical problems and deliver high value outputs
•    Well-developed communication skills, able to tailor results into language appropriate for the audience 
•    Working in a consultative manner to help business managers and sales understand the commercial implications of business trends
