    Originally from Trinidad and Tobago but based in London, I'm currently the Global Talent and D&I, Brands, Marketing and Communications Assistant Director at EY. Previously, I worked at Hyatt and led the company's LGBT+ Employee Resource Group as Global Co-Chair. Ranking fourth in the 2019 Top 50 Outstanding & Yahoo Finance LGBT+ Future Leaders list, I've also spoken at the House of Commons on the impact of anti-LGBT+ laws across the Commonwealth. Additionally, in 2018 I co-founded Checking-IN, an industry network for LGBT+ professionals and allies working in the hospitality industry. I'm a founding Trustee at LGBT+ arts charity QueerCircle and a board member of Outvertising. I was also Research Fellow – Caribbean at Open For Business, developing the economic and business case for LGBT+ inclusion in the region and was appointed to the organisation's Board of Trustees in 2021. I'm passionate about equality, advocacy, people, travel, art and design.

    Nathan is the Founder and Director of Be The Riot, supporting companies to create an inclusive working culture through facilitated learning workshops, mentoring and consultancy services. He's also a Trustee for BlackOut UK, a charity dedicated to Black men who identify as gay, bi or trans. Nathan's experience includes delivering community LGBTQ+ equality programmes, working for Europe's largest LGBTQ+ rights organisation supporting companies to develop LGBTQ+ inclusive policies and practices. Leading in-house as a D&I Manager for one of the world's leading private members' brands, driving race equity and mental wellbeing strategy as well as other aspects of diversity, taking an intersectional approach to workplace inclusion.
