LGBT Leaders STEM

PinkNews presents the first-ever LGBT Leaders STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). In case you didn’t already know, LGBT Leaders is a series of day-long careers conferences aimed at encouraging LGBT+ students and graduates to explore their career options and feel comfortable being openly LGBT+ wherever they choose to work.

Due to popular demand, we are now holding our first-ever event for students and recent graduates of STEM subjects. LGBT Leaders STEM will be taking place on 15th February 2020 at Amazon HQ in London.

So…what can you expect? A full day of fun, informative and inspirational talks and workshops held by industry-leading professionals. Employers in attendance will include Amazon, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, The Financial Times and LinkedIn, as well as a few others which are yet to be announced.

We’ll round off the day with a drinks reception and careers fair where you’ll have the opportunity to network with speakers, learn all about their employment opportunities (be it internships and/or graduate employment), as well as mingle with your LGBT+ peers.
