Meet graduate employers: EY

EY is a leading professional services firm helping organisations across the world to navigate complex change. Our community of more than 230,000 people in over 150 countries provides forward-thinking advice to help our clients make better decisions. We develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all of our stakeholders. In so doing, we play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients, and for our communities.

Diverse perspectives, combined with an inclusive culture, drive better decision-making, stimulate innovation, increase organizational agility and strengthen resilience to disruption. Inclusive organizations maximize the power of all differences and realize the full potential of all of their employees.

EY's long-standing support of the LGBT community is just one example of their open, diversity, and inclusive culture.
