Panel Event - The Parents & Carers Experience through an LGBTQ+ Lens

Please join Capco’s affinity groups, Pride@Capco and Parents & Carers@Capco in raising awareness for this year’s LGBT+ History Month, celebrated every February across the UK since 2005.

This year, we will be focusing on The Parents and Carer’s Experience through an LGBTQ+ Lens, to raise awareness of the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, of being a parent/carer of an LGBTQ+ child or being an LGBTQ+ parent, and to give guidance to allies on how we can all be more inclusive and create safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.

There will be a lunchtime panel event, taking place both in Capco's Great Eastern Street Office and online, featuring speakers who will share their unique perspectives on LGBTQ+ parenting.

In the evening, we will also host an in-person film screening of the 2018 festival darling Beautiful Thing, a touching coming of age comedy-romance. Please also register here <REGISTER FOR MOVIE SCREENING>  if you would like to join us for the screening.
