Join us for the 16th edition of the largest, longest running international LGBTQIAP+ business conference in Europe partnering with leading companies and institutions across the globe. This year's conference theme is "The Courage To Be Who You Are", focusing on the hardships of being your authentic self in the workplace. The agenda includes keynote talks by inspiring international LGBTQIAP+ leaders, panels about synergies between the public and the private sectors, trans inclusion models and LGBT+ corporate unions and policies and our first ever OUTED sessions initiative - bringing LGBT+ C-level professionals and leaders to share their personal stories from their raising path to success.
