I have been a D&I professional for 16 years. Although personal experiences at work over the years got my more interested in D&I, I wasn’t sure if a full time role was for me. Initially applying for a maternity cover role, I’ve worked in the legal sector since 2009 and prior to that work in Investment Banking. In 2015 I took on my first combined Corporate Responsibility and D&I to broaden my experience but also to better link the two areas. One of the best things about my role is that it continually evolves and challenges me.
