WorkFair: Making Mentoring Work

From sharing knowledge, expertise and experience, to helping build professional networks, mentors can play an invaluable role in an individual's professional and personal development. This is especially true for people from minority groups, including the LGBTQ+ community, who often face additional challenges in navigating the workplace and in building professional networks.

In this session, we will be learning more about how to "make mentoring work", as well as gaining an insight into an innovative mentoring scheme developed by City law firm Travers Smith, and LGBT+ charity Just Like Us. Please do join us for what promises to be an informative and lively session!

This session is part of WorkFair - Inclusive Virtual Career Fair. Sign up here.
