WorkPride 2022 Welcome and Keynote from Executive Ally


WorkPride is back again for 2022, now bigger and better than ever! Join us this year as we explore five key topics - allyship, networks, business, wellbeing, and careers - with a whole host of professionals, experts, and more. 

We'll be kicking at 12pm GMT on the 20th of June 2022, for a warm welcome, an opening keynote from one of our executive allies, and a panel to start us off.

    In addition to being a Director in Protiviti’s Technology & Digital consulting practice, Belton is founder of Protiviti UK's LGBT+ group, which won best LGBT+ network in 2019 by the Inclusive Tech Alliance. Belton was shortlisted as a top 10 inspirational business leader in 2020 by the British LGBT+ awards, was recently listed as #18 on Yahoo Finance’s Top 100 Future Leaders, #15 on Yahoo Finance’s Top 100 Ethnic Minority Leaders and was featured on the top UK Black Role models, presented by Google. Belton was co-founder of Pride in the City with Pride in London where he ran a Mayor backed initiative dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusivity across London businesses.  In January 2021, Belton joined The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at the London School of Economics as an Advisory Board Member supporting their three-year innovative partnership programme bringing together research and practice to build more inclusive work environments. He has over a decade of experience supporting clients with deploying strategic solutions across some of the world’s leading financial services institutions, while maintaining a strong passion for ensuring diversity and inclusivity remain high on organisations business agenda.  He is extremely passionate about intersectionality, where he believes it is each person’s role to support other groups who are in the minority – “after all, we don’t want to preach to the converted, we want to educate and inspire people to be more aware and inclusive.” Belton also acts as an adviser to the UK Multicultural network, proCulture. He has experience delivering Cyber Security, Customer Experience, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Spreadsheet Risk and Compliance/Regulatory Risk programs across Europe. He has managed global teams across large organisations, as well as supporting small and medium-sized organisations to implement fit-for-purpose solutions. In addition to being a public speaker and D&I consultant, Michelle is also an accomplished musician who performs under the artist name ‘Michi.’ She has graced the stage with some of the biggest names in music today including Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, DJ Marshmello, Rita Ora, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

She has the unique ability to be versatile on a wide range of subjects, whilst engaging both her audiences and panellists bringing about the best conversations for education and awareness. Humour meets grace and knowledge meets respect...it’s what Saski does best. A keen activist for positive promotion and equal rights for the LGBTQ+ community and all, Saski has appeared on several BBC TV and Radio shows, promoting inclusion and has also worked closely with a variety of charities and organisations as an interviewer, LGBTQ+ Inclusion Trainer, guest speaker and Host, Including Diva Magazine, PRIDE London, Mermaids, Diversity Role Models, Clexacon, The British Youth Council and P3 Parenting Network to name but a few.     Devin Ibañez is the first openly gay Major League Rugby player and is dedicated to LGBTQ+ advocacy in sport. He hopes to inspire the next generation of LGBTQ+ athletes and make sport an inclusive space for them. Raised in Boston, MA, Devin played for Major League Rugby team, the New England Free Jacks, in their 2019 exhibition season. He won a gold medal while representing Team USA at the 2017 World Maccabiah Games in Israel. He also won the 2018 D1 National Championship with his club team, Mystic River Rugby Club. When not playing, Devin has coached rugby at Westlake Boys High School in New Zealand, his alma mater Brookline High School and most recently with the Northeast Academy. He holds a degree in sport management and education from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Devin was announced Global Ambassador for International Gay Rugby (IGR) in May 2021. He is now looking towards a career in Public Speaking and Community Engagement.

    Promoted as a Director of Media Relations and Communication in an international PR firm before turning 30, Nikki Phinyapincha is a communication business strategist as well as a spokesperson (VITO) for the Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy, Republic of Indonesia for Thailand & Indochina market. With a Swiss Master degree in international tourism and professional background in corporate and branding communication, her career expands over several industries including tourism and hospitality, luxury products and international trade. Nikki is also the Chair of PRCA APAC Pride Network, Country Director of AYAN Thailand and DE&I keynote speaker advocating trans leadership and gender diverse workplace for various organizations including IBM, Hill+Knowlton Strategies TH and Karlshochschule Academy. Recently awarded The Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI PFP) by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Nikki also founded TransTalents, a blog with determined purpose to empower transgenders to thrive professionally and be a future leader in corporate companies no matter what barriers and limitations they face.
