WorkPride Panel: A Connected World - Networks Around the Globe

An Employee Resource Group (ERG) can have a different role in the organization it belongs to, depending on the social, political and economic conditions of the country.

As such, in this panel we would like to welcome ERGs' co-chairs and network founders from across the world. The goal is to share different, and sometimes opposite views on how to create a global network, the challenges and successes that come along with it, as well as navigating cultural differences, biases and expectations.
