Hey there 👋 I'm Elise. I've been working in tech for that past 7 years give or take. I managed one of the core operational functions at Deliveroo when it was in its early stages in 2015, before moving to Plum Fintech - where I still am today - first heading up the Operations team, before moving over to product, to head up Expansion. Over the last 4 years at Plum I've helped scale the company from the sub-ten team we were back in the day, to a company of almost 100 employees from all walks of life. I've recently been focusing on expanding Plum to other markets, and my team just launched the product in Ireland, France & Spain! I believe that people are the most important part of any business - without a solid core of happy employees who feel part of a joint mission to change the world for the better, a company will not succeed.
