Las empresas son las escuelas de los adultos. Los valores que comparten nos hacen crecer como profesionales y como personas. Las experiencias vividas en el ámbito corporativo, tener una mayor sensibilidad o una percepción de los retos a los que nos enfrentamos como sociedad, nos hace ser actores de cambio en la sociedad. 

Un claro ejemplo es el aumento de sensibilización sobre la micro LGTBI-fobia en entornos laborales y cómo comprender que ciertos comentarios no son adecuados por su carácter discriminatorio con las personas LGTBI+. Esto nos ayuda también a no trasladar mensajes poco respetuosos en el entorno de la familia, que degeneran en situaciones de bullying en los colegios.
