1. Support ideas based on ideas, not the person expressing it.
2. Challenge yourself to be more inclusive of people different to yourself. Seek to understand rather than judge them.
3. Organize events with other Employee Resource Groups in your workplace to broaden experiences.
4. Use gender neutral/inclusive language.
5. Create mentor/mentee programs where partnerships are focused on DEIB.
