A Man In Illinois Has Been Charged With Transmitting HIV To Underaged Boy

A man from Waukegan, Illinois faces charges after allegedly transmitting HIV to an underaged boy whom he engaged in sex acts knowing he was affected with the virus, the ‘Chicago Tribune’ reports.

The 16-year-old boy who was abused by the man has tested positive for HIV.

The boy parents learned their sun has been sexually active with the defendant, notified the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and the sherif’s office then began an investigation.

“During the investigation, detectives learned Davis drove to the boy’s Lake County home on numerous occasions and engaged in sexual acts at the boy’s home,” according to the release. “Davis also picked the boy up and drove him to his Waukegan home, where he engaged in sexual intercourse with the boy.”
