Operations Leadership Program
Danaher’s Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is
designed for ambitious students who are looking to realize their leadership
potential at any of our 25+ Operating Companies (OpCos) around the globe.
It is a dynamic two-year rotational program
consisting of 4 functional opportunities generally spanning two Danaher
locations (local and international).
You’ll collaborate on critical projects, connect
with executive leaders, and take on exciting challenges – all suited to your
interests and skills. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped with the tools and
skills needed for a leadership role within your rotational Operating Company.
Students with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain are well-matched for the OLP experience.
STEM iDEAS Program
Danaher’s STEM iDEAS Program is a Rotational
Leadership Development Program in which undergrad, masters, or PhD students interact and
collaborate with some of the brightest and most innovative minds on our leadership
teams at one of our global operating
companies.
The program consists of two 1-year long assignments and an additional 6-months project. All
STEM iDEAS associates will have the opportunity to take on an innovative assignment
during the second half of their program experience.
After completing this fast-track program, you’ll be ready for a STEM leadership role at your OpCo.
