First Same-Sex Couple Performs On ‘Dancing On Ice’
Ian ‘H’ Watkins and Matt Evers made ‘Dancing On Ice’ history with same-sex performance.
The pair danced a routine to song High Hopes by Panic at the Disco. New judge John Barrowman was left in tears stating: 'The world is ready for this', following their performance, ‘Daily Mail’ reports.
Ahead of their performance, Ian stated he had always wanted to have a man partner stating: “I am a gay guy. I always wanted a same sex partner” while Matt added: “This year is pretty special. After 11 years of Dancing On Ice, I will have a same-sex partner. I'm really excited and there's no line drawn for us. We're going to set the rules.'
