Fitch Group Earns Silver Award from the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index
Fitch Group has been recognised as a top inclusive work environment by the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, earning a Silver Award in its first year of participation.
The largest LGBTQ+ rights organisation in Europe, Stonewall works to survey and support employers in creating a welcoming workplace for their LGBTQ+ employees. The Workplace Equality Index serves as a key benchmarking tool for employers to measure their achievements and progress in inclusivity.
