2. Use inclusive messaging: The use of LGBTQ+-friendly language and imagery in your marketing materials, websites and social media accounts will cement you as an LGBTQ+ tourism product. Remember that LGBTQ+ travellers are more likely to book and engage with LGBTQ+ friendly tourism products.

3. Make all your employees feel like they belong and are valued: Ensure that you have non-discrimination policies and create a culture of respect as well as encourage diversity.

4. Support LGBTQ+ initiatives: Ensure you support the efforts of Pride and other inclusive celebrations and programmes.

5. LGBTQ+ travel training: Education around LGBTQ+ issues can provide valuable insight to employees in dealing with the LGBTQ+ traveller.
