In your opinion, how far has LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace in your country come over the last decade?
Companies
are more worried about DE&I matters each time, and they know the LGBTQ+
community represents a big part of the workforce in Brazil. So, over the last
decade, companies have been investing in initiatives to ensure all employees can be accepted and bring their whole selves to work as the subject gets more critical in the business environment.
What more can workplaces be doing to be more inclusive in your country so that the LGBTQ+ community can be open and be able to work with pride?
Companies
could foment educative initiatives within employees to better connect with
their LGBTQ+ colleagues. Education is the best way to discourage prejudice and
gender bias, and people get more prepared to deal with all that matters in their
jobs, their families or social groups.
