Highlighting Arcus: An Interview with Georgina Court

An interview with Georgie Court (She/Her), Global Inclusion Specialist at Clifford Chance

When did Arcus first begin?

Arcus began 13 years ago in 2007 which also happens to be the first year that we ran the Arcus PRIDE Art show.

How many members does the network have?

We have about 100 active members in the UK and 300 globally

Where are these members located?

We have Arcus and Allies networks in all of our five regions – The UK, Americas, Continental Europe, The Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Within these regions, some offices will have more active members than others – but what's really great is when we all come together to celebrate Arcus globally on campaigns like #VirtualPRIDE that took place this year!

What are the goals of Arcus?

Arcus is an inclusive employee network open to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans+, Intersex, Queer and gender diverse people and our Allies. Arcus aims to encourage an inclusive and integrated culture within Clifford Chance that gives colleagues the choice to be open and out.
