John Barrowman Wants to Be Both King & Queen of ‘I’m A Celebrity’

John Barrowman has said he wants a gender-neutral trophy if he wins the reality game show ‘I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’, reports the Evening Standard.

Barrowman (51), a celebrated actor and gay rights activist, rose to notoriety on such cult hits as Doctor Who, Torchwood and Arrow. He has long been open about his sexuality, gleefully telling  ITV that “eating bums, balls and willies, I’m totally cool with,” so the show should be a breeze for him.

“I will do my damnedest in challenges so that we’re not, any of us, hangry. If somebody is not motivated to get those stars, I might be unforgiving.

“I would be over the moon if I won. I would be the King or Queen of the Jungle.

“I want both crowns.

“I think some people may have a problem with me,”he added.

“I don’t really care what you think about me, I’m still gonna be me.”

He noted his husband “thinks it will be awesome.”

Barrowman is currently the bookmakers favourite to the win the series.
