Delivered with inclusivity experts HospitableMe, our Proud Hospitality training helps property partners to be sure they extend exceptional hospitality to everyone. Proud Certified properties have a dedicated representative who makes sure their whole team is committed to providing an inclusive stay for LGBTQ+ travellers.

Using the right language in every interaction

We’re making our platform more welcoming for everyone by making sure we use language that’s inclusive. In most cases, you no longer need to choose a gendered title when you make an accommodation booking. And when you create a profile you have a wider choice of gender options.
