Sanofi is Proud to Celebrate and Recognise the LGBTQIA+ Community Throughout Sydney Pride

Sydney is buzzing with #Pride! We’re excited to celebrate and recognise the LGBTQIA+ community throughout the festival. On the eve of #SydneyWorldPride we’re joining Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District, Optus and Macquarie University at the #MacquariePark #PrideForum.

The event will bring people together and celebrate the progress made by organisations, across all walks of life, in helping people feel safe to be their authentic selves at work.

We are honoured to have been asked to participate. Michelle Zimany (Fry) Director of People & Culture will discuss our #AllIn approach and #GenderAffirmationPolicy, and Andrew Knight from our Pride+ employee resource group will share his personal experience finding pride at work.

Importantly, the event will explore areas where more work needs to be done to improve LGBTQIA+ equity, to ensure a better, brighter future for all.
