Softcat as LGBTQ+ Inclusive Employer

We’re thrilled to have secured our first Bronze Award from Stonewall for Leading LGBTQ+ Inclusive Employers. The award recognises our commitment towards creating an inclusive working environment - including raising awareness throughout LGBT+ History Month, celebrating #pridemonth and promoting our internal Allyship programme.

We also came 124th in the UK Workplace Equality Index which benchmarks us against other UK organisations for the work we do. As an organisation, we’re committed to building a culture where our people can bring their whole selves to work.
