Talking About Talent at OMG UK

Omnicom Media Group UK (OMG) recently hosted an in-person event (organized by OMG's Talent Attraction Team), held at their stylish offices in Bankside. It was an opportunity for 100 or so of OMG's talent attraction partners to hear from their senior leadership teams across the Group through two panel discussions.

Both panels delved into about the importance of creating a culture of inclusion, equality and belonging as well as giving an insight into what the OMG talent attraction team are looking for in applicants.
