Trans flight attendant crowned Miss Tiffany’s Universe in Thailand

In an emotional display of sheer joy and triumph, flight attendant Saruda Panyakham was crowned Miss Trans Thailand 2024 during the Miss Tiffany’s Universe final in Pattaya on February 4, 2024. The moment of victory was marked by Panyakham collapsing to the ground, punching the floor, briefly rolling, and then standing up with help from her fellow contestants, according to ‘BNN’. This winning moment was not just about the crown, but a testament to her relentless pursuit of dreams, as this victory came after her fifth attempt in the competition.

Competing against 29 other contestants in the pageant’s 25th edition, which celebrates the beauty of trans women, Panyakham's journey to the crown was not an easy one. However, her compelling response in the Q&A segment, which highlighted her five-year journey and dedication, resonated deeply with the judges. More than just a beauty queen, Panyakham holds a degree in education from Rajabhat University in Chiang Mai.
