For the sixth year running, Willis Towers Watson is a Global Partner of Dive In 2021, the festival for Diversity and Inclusion in Insurance 

Taking place between September 21-23 2021, Dive In has been confirmed for its seventh consecutive year. Following the global success of last year’s virtual festival, 2021’s Dive In expects to take a hybrid format – combining both virtual and physical events. MyGwork member, Willis Towers Watson, is a Global Partner of the event for the sixth time in a row. 

This year the festival concentrates on the importance of Active Allyship and aligns to Willis Towers Watson’s ‘Year of the Ally’, which aims to educate, equip and empower leaders and all people in positions of privilege to understand how to be allies and champions for all. 

Head of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) at Willis Towers Watson, and member of the Dive In Steering Committee, Jen Denby commented: “We are delighted that Dive In will be continuing for its seventh consecutive year. 70% of people who registered last year had never attended a Dive In event previously, telling us we still have so many more people within the industry (and beyond) that we need to reach. We hope that Dive In 2021 will provide the insight and action we need across all areas of the globe to make a real impact on I&D in insurance.”
