Created in 2018 in UK, our PROUD network is aiming at creating an environment where our LGBT+ colleagues feel comfortable and empowered to think and act as they are. PROUD Network brings internal and external awareness about LGBT+ community, provides networking and learning opportunities, boosts ally support and drives changes to AB InBev policies and processes.

In addition to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace, we have a significant opportunity to drive positive change in culture through our brands.
To coincide with London Pride in 2019, Budweiser has created a campaign that championed the diversity within the LGBT+ community through a collection of limited-edition cups that feature designs of flags from nine individual communities, giving people within those groups the chance to celebrate at Pride, in the year of its 50th anniversary.
