“Our greatest strength is our people, and to build a company to last for the next 100+ years our workforce must reflect our consumers. Diversity and inclusion are more than nice ideas and token words—they are important drivers of our success. When you bring together a diverse community of bold, ambitious and passionate people, the potential for growth is limitless.”
Carlos Brito
CEO of AB InBev

About us

Headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, AB InBev is the world’s biggest brewer. We’re based in 16 European countries, with five different business units in 12 different time zones and 28 breweries. And this scale is built on solid foundations. Our history stretches back over 600 years, right back to when French monks were brewing their first Leffe beer.

Today, working with brands like Stella Artois, Corona and our American brand Budweiser, we keep dreaming big. We brew the world’s most-loved beers, build iconic brands and create meaningful experiences.

Our values

We are curious, bold and resilient. We see challenges as opportunities, push boundaries and thrive under pressure. We are owners, building a company to last. Our people are empowered to lead real change, deliver results and grow at the pace of their talent. Through hard work and the strength of our teams, we can achieve anything.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Driving greater diversity is a global priority for us and we recognize that this takes commitment, hard work and time. At AB InBev we are pouring ourselves into creating a work environment that is both diverse and inclusive, where all colleagues feel respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day.

You bring out the best in people when you create a community that inspires, respects and includes one another. For us a Better World starts where everyone can thrive.

Created in 2018 in UK, our PROUD network is aiming at creating an environment where our LGBT+ colleagues feel comfortable and empowered to think and act as they are. PROUD Network brings internal and external awareness about LGBT+ community, provides networking and learning opportunities, boosts ally support and drives changes to AB InBev policies and processes.

Watch our employees sharing their Top Tips on building an inclusive workplace and being an LGBT+ ally:

In addition to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace, we have a significant opportunity to drive positive change in culture through our brands.

To coincide with London Pride in 2019, Budweiser has created a campaign that championed the diversity within the LGBT+ community through a collection of limited-edition cups that feature designs of flags from nine individual communities, giving people within those groups the chance to celebrate at Pride, in the year of its 50th anniversary.

AB InBev has an amazing company culture when you can dream big and achieve anything as long as you believe in it. Diversity & Inclusion is more and more important for the company and you can join one of the Ambassadors group in almost all countries to be part of the change & make a difference

      Herlé G.

Abinbev is a company with strong culture that believes in giving total ownership to its employees and enables them to dream big and execute with the highest standards of the market.

If you are a hard worker who is not afraid by strong pressure, who is passionate by consumers and who loves collaborative ways of working this is a place for you.

Working for a beer company as commercial, marketeer or whatever role you have is probably one of the most exiting market category you could have the chance to work for in FMCGs. Beer will always bring people together.

On top of that most of our European markets are full of potential regarding beer consumption and ABI keeps leading the market growth year after year on the continent.

If you deliver great results and share the ambitious culture of ABI you can grow quicker than anywhere else in any FMCGs.
In 9 years I had 5 roles and the chance to work in 3 different departments in France and Belgium including a role at European level offering me the opportunity to work with teams across the different countries we operate in.

After 9 years, I saw a real evolution in the the consideration of diversity and inclusion.
Since a couple of years D&I has became a priority in the company’s agenda and they are making a lot of efforts to define how to make ABI a better workplace for all. This is also a part of ABI culture to constantly open gaps and close them.
