Priders is an ERG (Employee Resource Group) that provides a safe space and platform for all LGBTQIA+ and ally Awin employees.

As well as an opportunity to connect and socialise with other LGBTQIA+ Awin employees, whether via the Priders dedicated chat or at organised events, Priders also functions as a platform from which they can bring attention to any issues that may affect them as LGBTQIA+ individuals, relaying these to the D&I taskforce and also educating the wider Awin business.

The Priders ERG will use an internal intranet site to highlight useful resources as well as showcase any events or activities they are involved in.
