BLEND is the name of a global LGBTI and ally community at Bayer. Its aim is to raise awareness of LGBTI issues and to promote an inclusive and open corporate culture. Nobody at Bayer should have to conceal their personality or ideas. The BLEND community organises a variety of events internally and externally as well as acts as a business resource network on LGBTI-relevant topics (e.g. employment policies, inclusive marketing). Worldwide, BLEND has representatives in the United Kingdom as well as local chapters in 11 countries.
